Yaytek's journey in spring manufacturing began in Konya in 1978. Since adopting a new vision and approach in 2010, the company has closely followed technological developments in its sector and made quality, sustainability and traceability its core principles.
On a total site of 10,000 m², 5,000 m² of it indoors, Yaytek combines a trained technical team with a machine park of proven world-class quality to turn metal into art, offering tailor-made solutions for each customer's needs.
Drawing on the experience gained since 1978, Yaytek puts its expertise and quality into every spring it makes. The company also continuously improves its operational competence, production quality, resource use and data traceability through MES and ERP systems.
Our production line makes cold-coiled compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, wire form springs and square wire springs in wire diameters from 0.20 mm to 15.00 mm.
As a result of R&D and innovation work that began in 2020, Yaytek commissioned its hot-coiling spring line at the end of 2025 and can now produce hot-coiled springs in wire diameters from 16.00 mm to 50.00 mm.
