Quality control at our company runs in 3 steps.
• From the moment raw material arrives, incoming quality control starts and the material's tensile, torsion and hardness values are checked for conformity.
• During production, in-process inspections are carried out at a control frequency set for each product.
• Finished products are checked against the technical drawing by the final inspection team, and the result is verified and reported.
• Fatigue, load and torsion tests can be performed if requested by the customer.

Yaytek holds IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 10002:2018 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates.
