We moved to a larger factory, bought new machines and increased our headcount. But innovation is less about these investments than about a mindset that sees change as an opportunity. That is why we keep a flexible mindset that is open to change and build systematic innovations into our daily operations.

By analyzing the requests and priorities of our solution partners, we carry out design verification and development of the requested products through the following steps:

• Preliminary research: the feasibility of the request is analyzed.
• Development: based on the preliminary research, the improvements needed in the design are made.
• Testing: product performance is tested under laboratory conditions to find defects and areas for improvement.
• Improvement: based on the test results, the product is improved, defects are corrected and performance is increased.
• Measurement and evaluation: at this stage we determine whether the project has met its targets and report the results.
