Extension Springs
We produce Extension springs with wire diameters of 0.20mm - 13.00mm. Extension springs store energy and resist pulling forces by elongating under load and returning to their original length. Hooks at the ends allow pulling force to be applied.
These springs are closely coiled together, mostly coterminously, and produced with pre-tension in the coils. When the force applied to the spring exceeds this pre-tension force the spring begins to change shape.
