In line with the vision it adopted in 2010, Yaytek regards quality, sustainability and traceability as its core principles. The company carries out its production within certified management systems, mindful of its responsibilities to the environment, its employees and its customers.
Environment
Environmental Management System
Yaytek holds the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certificate. Its scope covers the manufacture, sales and export of compression, tension, torsion and form springs. Environmental impacts arising from its activities are managed in a planned and systematic way in line with the requirements of this system.
Energy Efficiency
The facility uses LED lighting and efficient compressors, and regular leak checks are carried out on the compressed-air lines. The heat-treatment furnaces are electric.
Scrap and Waste Management
Steel scrap and wire offcuts from production are sent to licensed recycling companies. Other waste is separated by type and handled through licensed companies. No waste oil is generated in the production processes.
Packaging
Recyclable and reusable packaging materials are used for shipments.
People
Occupational Health and Safety
Yaytek holds the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate with the same scope as ISO 14001. A safe working environment is regarded as a basic condition of production.
Training and Competence
The competence and skills of the staff are developed through planned training.
Governance and Customers
Certified Management
In addition to the IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, Yaytek holds the ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System certificate. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Resource Use and Traceability
The company manages its production processes with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, continuously improving its operational capability, resource use and data traceability. Every stage from raw material intake to final inspection is recorded.
In line with the continual improvement principle of its management systems, Yaytek continues to develop its environmental and occupational health and safety practices.
